As a audience I feel every word they Spoke about recognization in national level for kannada creators is very True . They may grow gradually with great and consistent content but it's hard to get recognised as compared to other language creators. So this is why most creators want to create content in general language Like English and Hindi as they get more reach and recognization in the Industry ...but Kudos to these people becoz they are keeping personal recognization and fame aside and working for the language recognization and pure talent recognization without any language barriers 🙃

From the last 5-6 years, there are a lot more vloggers, comedians, online content creators who do content in kannada and they've built a solid audience. Growth is only upwards from now. Visibility jaaste aagide. Audience definitely support madtare. But even otherwise, Netflix ignores kannada movies, has very few. Prime is better for kannada and South Indian audience in general. Subtitles definitely help if you think that the particular video is relatable to all kind of audience. Shradhha's videos target the middle class working population, millennials mostly. So ig it works out for her w subtitles, although it's mostly English now

Why south creators not getting exposer? It's very easy in our part of India we are more content driven and we are lack at branding and promotion aspects. I myself worked in dehli based social media marketing agency I saw that north Indian creators more leaning towards to branding rather than content. The only hope for north Karnataka creators is the Graphhopper. I wish they will succeed in that.
I got the reason why Kannada creator don't get national level exposure, its because of our nature, Most North Karnataka historically exposed to Persian languages like Urdu, Hindi and Deccani, so they comfortable listing to Hindi and i have seen this trend in Hyderabad Karnataka, speaking in Hindi is like a level or like belonging to civilised society. Where as in Southerners, proximity of our language to understand Tamizh and Telugu is more, We have watched Mahabharata in Hindi, but in Tamil Nadu you would have sen the dubbed version. We use to watch movies in original language from very long time, but not same for Telugu and Tamizh. Maximum Tamizh population are not exposed to Hindi Content, they watch National Geography to James bond movies in Tamizh so in Andhra.
I think Karnataka and kannada are invisible. I live in Seattle and I will tell you that nobody knows we exist. They look at us like "what's that?" After you tell them what species we are, they decide that you are exactly tamilian in every way. You guys must make content on this issue. We north kannadigas love to hear our dialect reflected back in your humour. Really like Sonu and that Raichur dude, esp when it is clean language so our kids can watch and enjoy too.
