I'm Polish and I loved what Polish team did after the match - sang our National Anthem once again after Welsh fans booed it. Thats not what sport is about, you should always pay respect to your rival!
They whistled for the lighting of the flairs. That's when they were lit. Never done it to anyone before. Take a look at yourselves

Unfortunately Welsh fans did something that if someone did to their anthem, they would go crazy.
I was at the game, the Wales fans were booing the flares lit up as the Polska anthem started. No one was booing the anthem. Wales has seen very tragic events with flares at football matches in the past (Google the Welsh fan killed by flare) and they are illegal for safety reasons. It's a very contentious issue. Welsh fans have respect for Poland and the anthem, it was only the flares people were booing.

Lewandowski gets a lot of the attention (deservedly) as a legend, but Wojciech Szczęsny once again proves his greatness. Coach Michal Probierz is also undefeated since taking over this squad.
Nice job Poland, best fans in the world. I guess they don’t teach history in Wales, or they forget how Polish pilots saved their behinds in WW2. Booing the Polish national anthem was not very nice.

Very disappointed at Welsh fans disrespecting Polish national anthem. Low class and shines a very bad light on that country's citizens. We all learn respect for others at home. I don't think I've ever seen somebody look more nervous when stepping up to take a spot-kick.
I have no idea why he decided to go that way because he must have watched enough shoot-outs to know that right-footed players who try to put the ball in the left-hand corner(and left-footed players who try to put the ball in the right-hand corner) seldom score if the 'keeper dives the right way, as it's very hard to get the ball right into that corner with power.
See the two penalties Greece missed tonight and just about every other shoot-out in the history of football!

As professional players, it’s CRIMINAL if you can’t take a penalty by kicking into a corner. Players who don’t have the confidence and kick the ball nearer towards the middle are always taking a risk that the keeper will go the right way and be able to save the kick.

If we (Poland) didn't totally failed our quali group e.g. losing to Moldova, then Wales in this match would face Czech Republic or Albania and I'm pretty sure that Wales would win. I think both of our teams should be on Euro 2024.
