In this video, I read you a story called Emile and the Field in a soft voice, with tracing and page turning. We start with breathing and an affirmation, then a lesson about sharing things we love, before reading the story together.

At the beginning of our intervention lesson today, I used some of the breathing techniques that I saw on your intro with my wildest group of little boys, it helped us all settle down and feel happy 💙
