How are the schools for kids? Most public schools in NC are really bad and kids are far behind on reading/math.

Love the video. Any take on the new Lennar Rosedale community in Wake Forest?

Hi thank you for making these incredibly informative videos. My wife and I are leaning towards Holly Springs. Do you have a video on best / top Holly Springs neighborhoods? I couldn't find one in the videos listing for your channel. Thanks.

CRAZY to see million dollar homes in this area with how much it is lacking. Wake Forest has got to be the most overrated and overvalued area in the triangle. Pretty hard to see the value or appeal on the area.

I can understand your viewpoint here but it's one of just a few areas around that have neighborhoods with 3/4 acre plus lots. Clayton has some, Pittsboro and Durham have some, but other than that, most neighborhoods have 1/3 acre lots for even large homes.
