- Join me on this episode where I'm joined by my fellow Bronco brothers @lobooffroad & @weekends.waypoints to explore the most epic camp spot I've ever seen. This journey took us through three states. The trail to the campsite was absolutely gorgeous, which is probably why I didn't notice that I broke something on my Bronco until we were 80 miles away from civilization. Be sure to check out Lobo Offroad's products and Weekends & Waypoints channel. Hope you enjoy. Cheers!

Oh nooo! That roof rack is a Trailrax right? I just spent $1300 and waiting due to a backordered part. Now I'm thinking of cancelling.
Yeah it’s the Trailrax. They sent me new side rails. In there defense I was ripping the trail with a lot of weight on it and I’ve done some pretty crazy trails this year. But I think lobo offroad might have a rack in the near future that I’ll probably switch to.
@@karrpoollane Yeah, I believe it's aluminum. I could be wrong, but at the same time I don't intend on doing a Dakar rally style overlanding. However, I am already thinking of a way to reinforce that front section with some kind of bolt on gusset or brace.
@ Why not the JCR Racks?
Why do you need a rooftop tent? Lol whatever happened to just pitching a tent on the ground… Especially you guys are only use them twice a year but keep them on all the time… Lol.
Cause I can. I’ve posted over 20 videos just this year of me camping in the tent for multiple days and locations. But there’s so many perks to having a rooftop tent when you actually use it allowing for more space to haul camping gear. But not everyone can afford them and that’s ok.
I was just about to pull the trigger on a new Trailrax myself. Please let us know how they respond to this situation!
They actually sent me new side rails after I reached out.
@@karrpoollane - glad to hear that! Still a little concerned that it broke in the first place, but it's nice they took care of you without hesitation. I hope they're also considering a revision that prevents breaks like this one in the future. If that was mine during one of my solo trips, and I obviously didn't have fabricator friends with me, I'd be completely hosed. Not good.
I broke my bronco, just towing it behind the RV following the manufacturers instructions cost me over $6000. If you plan to flat tow your bronco don’t expect the dealer to warranty the catastrophic failure in many instances they don’t.
Yikes. Good to know
Cool video
definitely could not tell who you were once "incognito mode" was enabled. 😉🤠
nice drone footatge
crap rack that broke imo
but good on the spot fix
Hahaha glad the incognito worked 😂
Thank you
Would a small off-road trailer make it down this trail behind our Bronco?
Yeah absolutely. It isn’t very technical. Just really bumpy from rocks.
@@karrpoollane do you know the name of the trail or trailhead where it starts?
Another great video. Your follower number will Skyrock and it will be deserved. Keep going.
Thank you so much brother!
Wow this the first time I’ve seen Trailrax failure, nice video.
Thanks for watching. Yeah first time I’ve seen it too. It makes sense that it’s a weak point where it broke but in their defense I was speeding over rocky terrain. And I’ve put it through the wringer with the past couple trails I’ve done.
Honestly, not good. I literally am waiting for mine to get here. $1,500 and the best name in the rack game…
I love your WaypointX idea!! Ill be coming down from Vancouver Canada to explore with you all. Love me some Mericans!!
Can’t wait. I want to head up to Canada for some trails next year so I’ll need your info.
That looked fun. I’m down for Waypoints X. I live in Central California and there are some cool places here to adventure. Always down for a Road Trip though
Awesome!!! I’m based in so cal and weekends & waypoints is in Vegas but we go all over. I’ll post more about it as we develop it.
Dope shots! Looks beautiful out there, damn roof rack.
Thank you. It was so beautiful. It is what it is. I’m leaving the rack off for a bit to get better gas mileage now
Killer video!
Thank you good sir!
