I love how you guys are splitting up and doing your own shows. Jock and Jessie doing day and weekend hard-core trips, Graham's solo 4WD adventures and would love to see Shaun and Sammy team up on a regular basis to do 4WD/fishing adventures. You all make one great show.
All the trails in Moab, the Colorado Rockies, Black Bear Pass, The Rubicon Trail, All of the Back Country Discovery Routes, All the trails in the Pacific Northwest; Man your gonna have fun over here in the USA. If you get close to Washington state, let me know, I would be happy to show you our best trails.
If the US trip is a roaring success, go North young man and team up with Shaun from "Story 'til Now" in BC, Canada. His trails into the Canadian backwoods are epic.
Shauno, when you guys get close to Texas/Oklahoma, give us a shout. We will break out the rock crawling rigs and show you some of the best wheeling in this part of the country. You will want to put your big boy pants on for that. 😄 After that we can get into our overlanding/touring rigs and head to The Ozarks. 👍👍
i think you should meet up with matts offroad recovery in the USA awesome team over there and id love to see how the dirty 30 goes on those tracks keep up the good work lads
I have been waiting for this since you said you were going to the USA in October 2022 in adelaide! Also remember the music when you showed the dirty 30! From the intros on the DVDs
Stoked you're bringing the dirty 30 to the states! Trip of a lifetime! So many awesome trails from the moab desert to the high mountains of Colorado you guys are gonna have a blast!
Hello from the southwest of the US! You guys have been a massive influence on me for years and recently just picked up a manual FJ cruiser to get out there and adventure and also a huge reason i love the 80 series so its so cool to hear you guys are coming to my neck of the woods!
I've been going to Moab to wheel twice a year for the last 20 years (plandemic excluded of course) . You're going to love it. It is the 4x4 Mecca, nothing comes close. Hard core wheeling, epic scenery, and a fantastic little town. Enjoy!!! Oh, and I wheel pretty much everything there on 35's. the beauty of that is it is skill doing the trail, not oversized tires :). You'll be fine on em!
Shauno, it would great if all the guys who helped build the 60 could put their signature on the 2 B pillars and clear coat it as a sign of respect and appreciation
Thanks for the Feature guys. Yes the Triton has had a lot of work out of sight too. Trust me as I said in my message I’d have different rock sliders in a heart beat but for me getting my family including my disabled wife out on the tracks is worth more than a pair of silly sliders. Love the show, love the community 👌🏽🤙🏽❤️
Been following you Shauno since the magazine days. And to see you get the dirty 30 ready for the U.S, is just absolutely legendary. Proud of you mate!!
The genuine passion and excitement you have from visiting the LC factory is awesome. You truly looked like you are on cloud nine 👍 During your trips across the country, have you ever come across another 4wd filming crew? All4 Adventure or similar?
That rig is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, and this is coming from a big Jeep guy. I'm a long-time viewer and the stuff you guys do in Australia definitely rivals what we do here, I wouldn't worry about tire size at all especially for overlanding type wheeling. That being said, West Coast is awesome, but if you like rocky AND slippery, muddy, messy stuff you really should try and hook up with BleepinJeep in TN. Would be a massive road trip but that's all part of the adventure!
I'm so glad y'all guys are coming to the States! I absolutely love y'all's show it's the best , been watching for a while now.. sooty rocks such a solid build , I'm a proud 2002 Toyota tundra owner , Toyota build a heck of a vehicle.. can't wait to see where Shawn travel to in the states I'm so stoked!!! Go sooty!!!!
So keen to check out the Moab desert and tackle the Rubicon Trail that's for sure! Do you know any other great tracks you'd like to see the Dirty 30 take on?
@@4WD247 after you do the Rubicon look into doing the Fordice trail. There are so many amazing places to wheel here it's hard to give just a few. Windrock in the South East has some amazing trails as well
Shauno!! Yes I’m Excited!!! Gotta let us know where you will be, when!! Would love to meet up Rubicon Trail is Extremely Snowed in(probably til may) but Mojave and the desert is where it’s at!! Headed to Baja for the San Felipe 250, next week!🏁🏁🏁🌮🤙🍻
Cant wait to see you on Matts off road recovery and Trail Mater youtube channels. Im sure the Wreckers they have will be able to tow you out of where ever you get stuck :)
Another good episode 👏 it's always entertaining when you're both together, looking forward to more diversity in the content and will this include Jock and Jessie with beers in the shed and hosting their own episodes
there landing in California theyll get right back on the ship and head home when the dirty 30 hits Long Beach title be stollen or parted out good luck guys
The dirty 30 is lookin better than ever. Love to see these blokes out at Lake Mary again, thats right where I live and the bird life out here in the lake is amazing and beautiful.❤❤😊
Shauno I’ve been following 4WD action / 4WD monthly / 4WD 24/7 since about 1998 can’t wait to see you and the dirty 30 in America Question what is you favourite dvd / RUclips trip out of all that you have done?
Hwy 101 is a coastal highway beautiful view and northern California redwoods is a must to see or drive thru the trees, literally so big you can drive thru them. Be a iconic memory for the dirty thirty and there's good fishing around the San Francisco bay, golden gate is there too and Sacramento is beautiful to drive by at night huge building's
Hi Shauno, if you have a chance when in California head to Tito's Tacos, a bit further North of Long Beach, it is in the way to Moab Utah, anyway. You will love those tacos!, I know you can eat anything mate! Enjoy the West of the States.
Hope it goes in a sea container, other wise coat the under side in lanolin and clean it off when u arrive I sent a car from Melbourne to Perth on a ship and it arrived with surface rust
You will definitely want 37s in the Rubicon and Moab but 35s are TOTALLY doable. You will have to go a bit harder on your rig. But You shouldn't have much of a problem on 35s. Just keep those traction boards handy and your winch line ready! You got this! Keep your navigating skills keen in Moab - it is kind of a maze back there. Great place to wheel. You are going to notice a varying level of difficulty in the trails back there. All I am gonna say 😃 Just remember - that extra inch counts 😜
I’m an American person in North Carolina and I wish the 4wd 24/7 team safe journey to America and back home to Australia. Are you going to have any open rides or link ups while in America? I’m all the way on the east coast but my 2001 TJ has driven across the country twice before (granted in her younger years!), but would love to try it again! Watched every video, make my 8 year old watch too…sorry Graham, he likes Shauno the best!
Graham and shauno What do you guys think of doing a trip into the Northern Territory, doing lorella springs, the gibb River road and Bell gorge. Or even after doing the tracks in Cape York going across to the Territory to tackle them. Really enjoy when yous do those big trips.
I have a granny spec gu patrol and the missus thinks it’s to small hahaha when it comes to lift and tyres, when’d could I expect to need a break upgrade and control arm upgrades etc
You guys need to come back out to imbil/kandanga area there is a few massive hill climbs here to try pretty much straight vertical definitely a challenge called "300"
Just remember. Off roading in the USA is different all over these great states. If you only stick to the west then yes a lot of rock climbing and stuff. Go over to Georgia and the southeast and and you can do mud bogs and rock bouncing which is by far one of the craziest off roading you’ll see. Go to Florida or Louisiana and you’ll have the deep mud that swallows trucks those size.
Your vehicle with all its mods and 35s should do just fine on most of the trails in USA. I took my 91 Wrangler to Moab last year on 33s, 4 inch suspension lift, Spartan locker up front and trutrac in the rear, and I had no issues on most of the trails. The only one I didn't do was Hell's Gate. It was a blast, you're going to love it. I would recommend while in Moab, camping right under the Baby Lions Back at the alcove, beautiful views, especially at sunset. Safe travels bud, I hope you have a blast here in the states!
