What day we all had there me & Carl turn up there together then i see you and was totally surprised to see you there too Luke , then later we met Martin & Will and a few others too , great day with good company at Beconsfield , great footage too Luke 👍

I grew up in Beaconsfield from 1982 - 2010 then moved to Brighton. I haven't been back in over a decade now. The fair popped in my head, it's nice to see it on youTube so thanks for making this video.. good memories of this day once a year. I remember leaving school (Butlers Court) and rushing home to get ready then meet my friends in town. Not sure if its still there, but the best ride was called the SuperBowl. It was a Waltzer that tipped 90 degrees completely on its side. It was awesome!
I also did the cage once (the one where you stick to the wall) but it makes you SO sick being spun around like that.. It was always everyone's aim to try and turn upside down so you were stuck to the wall upside down. But the force was so strong it's nearly impossible.. but I did see people manage to do it.
Not sure if true, but there was always an urban legend that a girl with long hair turned upside down in the cage and got her hair stuck in the bottom as the floor came back up!

There hasn't been a Superbowl ride at Beaconsfield for many years. The Spinball Meteorite Cage ride always goes there but wasn't this year due to a clash of dates. That sounds awful the girl long hair 😕 but never heard of anything like that happening on a cage ride but read something similar years ago but was a big wheel ride. Best girls with long hair keep it tied up to avoid any accidents. Once again appreciate your comment and sharing your memories of Beaconsfield Charter Fair. Nice one 😀👍
@@MOSMASTERING The Rotor (Sticky Wall) Ride is the one with the drum and moving floor where you stand inside. The Cage Meteorite ride is the one that lifts up in the air on its side 👍

Shows how long ago I last went! Although, I did have a dream about the fair about a year ago.. funny what's stored up in the old brain box!
Regards the tall tale.. Well, it was an urban legend. The whole idea just came from us kids talking shit. So, I doubt it! Although, as you said - there have been incidents involving girls with long hair..
