The documentary show is on RUclips and it’s called Wonder: Mayday series. That show really teaches you how a plane works and how little it takes for everything to go all horribly wrong.
First, but seriously though i always afraid if one of the engine blow off in two engine plane... the rate of survival in plan crash is abysmall and always make me try to sleep on ebery flight i have.
I've never flown, but I could've sworn that I heard pilots are trained to handle that sort of situation and that it has happened a lot where they have actually safely landed it.

Oh, Air Disasters is the TV show that shows reenactments of the planes before they crashed and crashing, while talking to investigators and witnesses over the process on how they figured out what caused the plane to crash.
