Cheryl- I have a very similar relationship to how you describe yours. It began about a year ago and I was completely stunned, delighted and also thought I was going crazy, because my love died 50 years ago! When I felt I had no other real option, I accepted the situation and began to try and figure out what was going on? Answers/signs keep coming, and I get how things are different, but in many ways, so much more intense, interesting, funny, comforting, and just loving. There are no misunderstandings- just a desire to decipher the code- and it’s fun! I also get no words- feelings. But when those come, I know through the clues, and the code, I will decipher them into words my brain can clearly comprehend! Thanks you for sharing your experience! My first time on this Podcast… subscribed! (And SO MANY synchronicities in the WORDS you guys have used!) It always feels miraculous.❤
I'm compelled to comment once again! The message from Gary's dog spoke to me. There was wisdom there to help me with my cat who disappeared, & I spent 2 years searching for. Messages from spirit have a way of creeping in! Thank you so much. My dog got extra hugs this evening. She's behaved heroically in the past, and I know she would have done the same as Bear. Blessings. ❤❤❤
Gary, I surely hope you are doing alright. It sounds like you are really hanging in there and I bless your beautiful heart and pray that there is a gem in this horrific event for you. I'm sure there is which you will find eventually! GREAT idea to ask the spirit to come sit with me while reading their book! I learned Mediumship - took a 3 yr course - it was very regimented yet they gave me a wonderful foundation to learn how to connect with the spirit person and/or when reading for classmates, to be able to receive them and to relay messages. They were very strict re evidence - you had to get the evidence, which has also helped me to actually prove to whomever I have done mediumship with to believe their loved ones are/were actually there. Now, I don't take any more classes as I think 3 yrs. was enough and I don't hang out a shingle for mediumship business, however, in my work, they will come sailing through for my client/s - not all the time yet they do come and I LOVE it. I look at it as part of my client's healing. Spirit people are FANTASTIC to communicate with! I REALLY love them! OK this was a long post yet wanted to post!!!

I've found this super helpful, too. She also recommended the Monroe Institute. I also really like Sacred Acoustics, which calls it binaural beats, but my understanding is that's the same as hemi-sync. I like their Whole-Theta one best, and it comes with 3 versions - guided, nonverbal, and professional, which is an hour long. The music is put out by Karen Newell and Eban Alexander, who are renowned in the field of expanded conciousness.
I use Suzanne Giesemann's "Mediumship: The Training Ground. It has 2 tracks where Suzanne is talking and teaching and 2 tracks that are just the Hemi-Sync tones with music.
