- Hey guys!!! Today’s video will be all about the new Fenty Beauty Sun Stalkr Bronzer in Mocha Mami as well as the new Killawatt Foil in Penny4uthots. As I was editing and looking back at the footage, I realized the Fenty Bronzer added warmth which a bronzer is supposed to do BUT it didn't give me the dimension I was looking for. I am going to film this look again and stick with just the Fenty bronzer alone and see how it comes out! STAY TUNEDDDD!

Agreed, I wish it was much deeper so that I could have a shade that also has dimension with the warmth. I have no doubt that they will be extending the shades. Especially once they get enough feedback from people!
The Fenty bronzer gave you warmth and the prime beauty one is more of a contour. Bronzers don’t contour so maybe that’s why people are surprised. I did a video addressing this too. Love your makeup🌹👍🏾
I'll check out the video! The Prime Beauty bronzer is more warm and doesn't add a shadow on my face, it gives me more dimension, and chisel while still warming up my face. I think I would still consider it a bronzer. As far as Fenty, it added warmth but didn't give much dimension. When looking on their page, you see all the models with warmth and dimension except for the darkest model using the shade Mocha Mami. If they go deeper, I think the line would be perfect! ❤️

You and I had the same exact experience... They definitely have opportunity to go deeper. It will look GORGEOUS on us had it been a bit darker. If they came out with a miniature version of this shade I would get it and use it as a blush. On my camera it shows up beautifully than it does in person tho haha... And also, the bronzer doesn't show at all on my forehead 🤦🏿♀️
Agreed! If it was even one shade darker I think it would have beautifullll! & Agreed again lol, because $30 for a blush is way tooo expensive! I actually do think they have minis, I feel like I saw it somewhere on the Fenty website. Yessss I feel like in person it had a slight warmth but on camera it was much warmer. All the more reason why I am going to try again lol ❤️
I saw Fenty show up for that natural glow but you like what you like. Prime Beauty looks amazing on you as well. The best part about this video is there are 2 bronzers from black brands. I can’t wait to see your re-film on just Mocha Miami bc you still looked stunning

Definitely agree that they could go darker but I loved the look the natural glow was popping and I loved how the Prime Beauty bronzer looked on you 🥰
I actually liked the Fenty on you. It's very subtle but makeup is always a preference. The prime beauty is like a brontour so you get that dual purpose. Both are just as beautiful as you sis.

Hey sis! But I think that Fenty is a brand that serves subtle and soft. That's there them. From what I know is that bronzer is supposed to chisel but warm. Give it a try with your contour. Love ya chocolate girl🍫🍫❤❤

Thanks for posting this video and sharing your honest opinion. I'm around your complexion. I agree with what you said. I swatched the bronzer and it blended right into my skin. I hope like you that she does come out with darker shade bronzers.

Yea its barely there but I see the redness and the warmth it adds to the skin. I feel like my first thought was that it looks like a blush so I wonder what it will look like when I bronze the whole face.

But check this out, for those not trying to spend 30$ on this product Julia’s Place “ Masquerade mini“ eye shadow palette ($25) has 2 colours labeled “ Burkina“ and “ Fulani“ and when used together it is the perfect perfect “bronzing/contouring “ for my skin! I tend to swirl my brush twice in “Burkina” and once in “Fulani” because “Fulani” is that brown/red shade that tends to wild out😂. So I use “Burkina” to neutralize her 😌.I am “Sandalwood” in Estée Lauder 6w1.

Ok sis update on my experience with Ms.Mocha * clears throat , She Red. I can work with her on my full beat face days when I have time to work with her but I still have to cover her to tone it down. It’s hard to blend it out without it basically disappearing. She’s going back to the Sephora

It adds alot of warmth not too much demention though. I also have to go in really light to avoid looking too red. But it is a bomb bronzer

Thanks for this upload. I had the same issue online in terms of the colouring of the bronzer. So I’m going to hold off on getting it. At least I have the koyvoca that’ll I’ll keep using and hope fenty extend the range. I’m definitely getting the penny4uthots highlighter. Her highlighters give me life. #IStanFentyToo

Of course! Penny4uthots is beautiful! It's just a nice and subtle glow from within type of shade. I know exactly which one you are talking about, the Sephora by me actually had it and I picked it up. I just didn't feature it in this video out of respect for people who were offended by the shade name. It is superrrrr pigmented and a LITTLE goes A LONG way. I also like it as a highlighter as well because it has strong shimmers in it!

I don’t use bronzer but if I did, I think Mocha Mami would work for me. I’m excited for the PENNY4UTHOTS highlighter. Trophy Wife was too yellow for me to even bother trying and I don’t have a coppery highlighter yet. Just pink, blue, white/silver, lilac.

I haven’t seen Nyma review this yet...it did warm up your face but it could be darker but the darker model on the fenty page it looks nice on so now I’m confused.....I have chocolate litty as well but I think I was using it wrong I was using it as a contour which it’s not....and contour goes lower than a bronzer which I just figured out recently...had never used bronzer because I could never find one deep enough
I just watched her review and it didn't do much for her unfortunately. I feel like on the model on Fenty's website it looks warm but like a warm blush more than anything. I think if they add even 2 more darker shades, the line would be perfect! For bronzer I think you should try Bronzeville from Prime beauty, Chocolate Litty is def too dark for you and will 100% contour you more than warm your skin. Maybe you can even get Coco Naughty from Fenty. It's just sad because I feel like black women are just scrambling trying to figure out how to use bronzer and what shade to use because it's never been available to us
Ndeye Peinda yes I agree we never had dark enough bronzers to know how to use them it is sad...I will try Brownsville and coco naughty thx for the suggestions and yes darker shades would be great...maybe they should consult with you or Nyma to find the perfect shades!

I do see the bronze on you but I can totally understand wanting a more richer look. Something darker than Fenty but a little lighter than Prime Beauty. Makeup industry keep working on a bronzer for rich Mocha Sista’s

@@jessecurlgoddess7320 I agree, bronzer is meant to be sheer with buildable coverage applied to the areas of the face that the sun touches having a warmer affect. I have noticed in many demonstrations they are applying it to the hollow of their cheeks looking for the results of a conture. For a chiseled look use conture with bronzer slightly higher and highlight at the highest point if that makes sense. Don't look for Fenty to come out with additional bronzer shades the 8 are plenty you just have to know that they are meant to be sheer and warming to the areas that the sun hits. By the way both bronzers are pretty on you and penny4uthots is gorgeous on you.
Jewel Washington To be expected when we never had options for bronzers. Fenty can definitely expand though! They have 50 concealer & expanded their foundation from 40 to 50. Good start but their is always room to grow
@@jessecurlgoddess7320 I have used a bronzer for years, my favorite was a gelee bronzer from Estee lauder I love love loved that bronzer and they discontinued it. I switched to one from clinique, and then Estee Lauder came out with the bronze goddess collection and I have been using it for years. My Fenty shade is 390 which broke me out so I went to my go to foundation Estee Lauder Amber Honey 5N2 which is a neutral. I use Fenty lip sticks, gloss bomb, I like Fenty liquid eye liner which nobody talks about and Fenty highlighters. Its bronzer for dark skin and it has been, bareminerals has a nice range of bronzers for dark skin. The trend right now is Fenty and I do like the line but know its other makeup lines for bronzers for dark skin. I would recommend bare minerals.
It wasn't meant to Contour. It's a warm bronzer. Your skin is naturally beautiful and it did bronze your face. You should try it again
