    Thanks for going trough the assumptions of binary logistic regression and sharing your knowledge! One important assumption is missing from your list- "Linear relationship of independent variables to log odds."

      I am tring to prepare proportional hazard model assumption, w/c one do you prefer SPSS, R or STATA? Are you interested on survival analysis?

      I am preparing a research proposal on analysis of survival. if it is possible and include all parameter it is better to prepare in SPSS.

      No, Logistic regression is a non-parametric test. it is free from normality assumption

    The assumption of each cell less than 5 is for expected count not for observed count I guess
