- Life is tough. Most of the time. But when do we create change, and when do we dig in, and continue towards our goal? This week we present a series of strategies to implement at moments of crisis, confusion, fear and worry.
Thank you, Tara. Honestly don’t know what I’d do without your guidance.
Thank you Queen Annabelle - I remember that vlog. I just recorded it after a long-long-long flight. Thanks for the memory! txxx
Tara!! This was good! I was bullyed to the point that it started to impact my phd. I got out of that workplace! I really had to!
Thank you, Tara. The right to achieve our goals, the responsibility to count the cost, the agency to effect the change we want. We guard our steps in the corridor, lest we trip to the amusement of others.
The chaos of change can create the illusion of progress and hide the incompetence of the leaders who are imposing it. In my experience there are a class of executive leaders that go from gig to gig, implementing "change" and then moving on. Its almost a standard move in the CEO playbook to come in, shit on the predecessor, create chaos and then move on and repeat.
💯💯💯
Ooooh audio quality is so good now!
Thanks Tara 🥰 for your inspiration and generosity in encouraging us.
If people don’t care for your interest and your success, it’s time to review your relationships or friendships with them. Life is short. So, it’s pointless to spend time with people who don’t cherish your contributions to be their beloved one or households or friends.
My friend and I have a game of trying to see if chess analogies can be used for any topic and this is one where I managed it. An attack in chess begins, most often, with a locking of the centre of the board (no pawn moves available for either player). If you leave everything open, your position collapses. You will get attacked back. So focus on one side and leave no openings on your flanks.
This is powerful Tara, thank you, don't change ♥️ (you-mour ;D)#agile #disruption and #change management, better have some some fun
If I could like this video a thousand times over I would. I've been doing my PhD and just got a "negative" (i.e. null hypothesis is true) result and I think it's time for a pivot!!
Great talk again! thanks, Tara.
Tara, how do you know when we need these specific things to be said to us?
