@@Mitch-sg3jr try boiling hot water and rub some Vick's vapor rub on your chest, throat, behind your ears and under the sides of your jaw. Once you do that put a towel over your head and inhale the steamy water for about 10-15 mins. It works for me.

Finally somenone who understands me!! If I'm lying down on one side and my nostril gets clogged I have to switch over for it to get unclogged and then after a while my other one gets clogged. I try sleeping on my stomach and just switching my head because this happens to me all the time, even when I'm not sick.
Sometimes it clears up both nostrils for like, a minute, and then it finally switches
Yo, doing push up’s actually helped within seconds. I’m sure it’ll just clog back up soon, but still that sweet relief even for a few minutes is worth it.

The first method didn't do a jack squat for me. The second one kind of worked, but I had to hold my breath for 35 seconds. My left nostril cleared up, but now the right is stuffy.
Yeah these tricks help with drainage, but only give temporary relief if there is inflammation. Better than nothing I guess.
You know what’s working for me? Fasting for 24 hours.
I think my body is able to clean out the sinuses and repair itself after giving it a break from all the work is has to do related to eating/digestion.

Yes, both these options works great. However, if you’re actually sick your stuffy nose will come back within seconds. So, this is simply a quick fix for those who aren’t truly sick

Omg the 2nd one worked like a charm! I actually felt the sensation of my sinuses clearing up! 🤯 I think the trick is to ensure to tip your head back at the right angle such that your neck is kinda straining and it's kinda hard to breathe lol. Idk what angle is that degree-wise but I hope this works for everyone else as well.

@ankanhaldar1130 It's been a permanent fix for me. If you press just above your nose with right middle finger and pull up the skin, then compress the bone between the eyes while circling the finger for 30 seconds at a time, it works.

@JohnBobRoger The way that works best for me is to press at the very top of the nose (lower forehead), hold it, and move up until you feel the eyes stretching. Then, do firm circles for 30 seconds. Works very quickly. Have to find the money spot.

Epip it’s hard to, honestly I can never sleep when both of my nostrils are clogged so I take sleeping pills that knock me out or u can try doing push-ups, it only temporarily unclogs ur nostrils but it feels good
I woke up near around 5 am. With this sudden feeling of thinking, I was suffocating because half of my face felt like it was pressed in, and I was struggling to breathe from my nose, and my throat felt like it was closing up. Mind you, I've been dealing with sinus pressure and infection ever since 2022 and have been taking immunotherapy droplets prescribed by my ENT since March 2023 and have not noticed any significant changes. Guys, pray for me because right now, as of this moment, I'm struggling with my nose, and under my eyes to give me some sort of relief this early morning .😮💨🙏

Here’s an effective tip : try to do 2-pushups and atleast 10 jumping jacks. It’ll really help! :3 it’s a good way to exercise and open up those sinuses! (27 March 😂)

Yes. And only because for the past year or two I’ve been dealing with one side of my nose being continuously blocked. I’m not even sure what the blockage is. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I got much mucus. Just that it’s blocked somewhere. I’ve even used a camera designed for the nose to see it when my nasal cycle has that side “unblocked” and despite is not being swelled up like the side that in off mode, I still can’t breathe threw it. Still feels blocked beyond that initial swelling spot. And it doesn’t even look like a lot of mucus in that initial part. Can’t blow anything anymore. Nasal irrigation can hardly get through if it can. Tend to just get a bad build up of pressure in my ears, liquid pouring out my tear duct or my mouth before it will drip out the other nostril. Tried to talk to my primary a year ago about it. But at that time in the office it appeared as if I could breath fine threw both nostril and since then I sorta gaslighted myself into thinking it’s all in my head. And I did get some temporary relief over the summer after one weird sneeze and all this liquid came out my nose. But I still wouldn’t say I breathed 100% through that nostril. And then it slowly got worse again and now i’m back to zero movement. It’s like a dead nostril to me. Just started to bring it up to my sleep medicine doctor to see if he has suggestion since this problem has ruined my ability to sleep. Fingers crossed. He started me on some medicated nasal spray which did do something upon first use. It didn’t make me breathe but it made me able to have movement as a bunch of mucus shot into the back of my throat. Temporarily I was able to blow that side of my nose again. But since that first time I haven’t gotten the same reaction with the spray. But I really only just started using it. He said if it doesn’t work he’s going to do the referral to an ENT that I was hoping my primary would have done a year ago.
Both methods actually worked for me with limited success. Even a little instant improvement was a relief. Had to repeat a couple times but good lawd, it’s nice to have something so simple.

I feel you because I am going through the same thing. One thing my mom does is she dips alum in lukewarm water for like 1-2 second and make me drink it. It magically cures the sore throat under 5 mins. It is the only thing which helped me survive covid. Try it and lemme know.

Blocked nose doesn't necessarily mean u have stuff inside nose, it means the blood vessels inside nose are swelled.

Unfortunately this doesn’t work for me. But I think it has something to do with when I crushed my sinuses and orbital bone with my knee in 2017

What I do to unblock my ears is to just swallow. It works every time:D
