For the nails, def go somewhere that specializes in nail design, art etc. they know what they’re doing! I usually have my go to salon for everyday and then a place that can do more intricate designs, shaping etc. for special occasions
For your nails idk what type of polish you use but something similar to OPI love is in the bare is really nice and I also suggest doing a soft coffin shape when you do the extensions because it flatters the nail bed and your fingers in general ! Just a suggestion 😋
Try either the Morphe sponge or the purple Elf sponge they are incredible dupes for the beauty blender! I haven’t purchased a beauty blender in years! Highly recommend

Put a little rug or doggy food mat under milos food dishes and he might not run away to the other rugs to eat his food, I have a little dog too, she’s 9lbs and she’s afraid of hard wood floors so she likes to eat on her food mat

i have a full bred yorkie and understand their little funny quirks! yorkies (i know yours is a mix) arent a fan of hard wood flooring as much and like to run/sit/play on carpets or nap on fuzzy blankets. also be careful with him jumping off the back of the couch that is too high and could cause strain on his joints :(
