    Sir I struggle with pullups but i dont have a bar or rings. Can you make a video for proper form on inverted rows using bedsheets that would help a lot. Love From India ...😁😁

    Umm how to make your PUSHUPS always 45 decrease? It's hard for me 12 y/o boy starter, I only need tips of pushing up and specially the 45 decrease, sorry if I am bothering
