As a beginner and someone new to tying, I really appreciate the easy flies you guys show. They’re great for building dexterity with little penalty when you first get started. Keep em coming!
That is super simple, super quick, and clean. It's another trick for my list of tricks. Gee, what the hell did we do in the age before Super Glue? Oh, I forgot you were not born yet. Never mind. Windy and flooding here in CT. Making life difficult.
HAHA! Letterkenny reference! Beauty... Love the channel, love the content... I'm following along as a newer tier (2 years in) and really enjoy all the information. and THAT's WHAT I APPRECIATES ABOUTS YOU GUYS
Please keep tying simple flie’s. They are what we fish with. If I spend an hour tying a fly I am not fishing it. It will go in my display case on my wall!! Thank you Cheech Don Bunting
Thank you for the Letterkenny.
I love the easy flies and the techniques they involve. Thanks.

Gonna need you to take about 20% off er there Squirrely Jay.
Always a great option. I also (sometimes) put little "wingbuds" on these an I have also just coated a colored wire on a hook with resin.
Very cool and clean Cheech!!!
Still, after more than 2 decades of tying and flushing, one of my favorite flies!
Nice work...
Mike
This is a fly I have not tied in quite some time. Now Ill need to get some done.
Awesome stuff.
Always a good reliable fly.
I’d probably say the easiest fly I’ve seen tied is a regular Walt’s worm, however; the brassie is a close second. Wonderful video uploaded as always!
Walt’s is simple, but lots of times dubbing is a non starter for beginners.
Fair point.

The simple ones catch the most.👍
Somebodies been watching too much letterkenney 😂
Can confirm
@flyfishfood hard yes!
Yes, it's a simple fly to tie, but it's very effective
This is the exact way I've tied brassies for 30+ years.
And it catches fish. Bonus!
Nice! ...and as far as I know, fish really don't notice complexity in tying, so simple is better
