I just learned this, but you can make whipped honey with your crystalized honey. Apparently, you can just put it in your kitchenAid and mix for 20-30 minutes. It becomes really nice and spreadable but also stays like that! Never made it but watched a video on it 😄😄

When the honey hardens, it is a sign that it is a good quality. You can decrystallize honey by putting the jar/bottle in a pot with hot/boiling water (water should not exceed 110º F) and letting it sit in there until the honey melts to a liquid, it takes about 15mins. I always do this and it turns out perfect.

We do pancakes on Sunday mornings and we always make extra and freeze them so throughout the week for my sons breakfast before school he can heat one up if he wants one. But I always put Peanut butter on mine. I have done this since I was like 6. So good

Place the honey in a bowl of boiling hot water, it will liquify it again and you can do this over and over again as needed. Side note, I feel the same way about wasabi!!
