The song 'Carolus Rex' finally made me huge Sabaton fan, and it's still my favorite Sabaton song. First acquaintances with 'To Hell & Back' and 'Blood of Bannockburn' turned me off, and I didn't get why Sabaton was getting so huge. Until I heard 'Carolus Rex' and 'Bismarck'. Great list guys. One song that doesn't get enough love is 'The Carolean's Prayer' - it's so good and the ending gives me goosebumps.

I seem to have a very different preferences compared to their setlists and this list. My clear favorite is Soldier of 3 Armies, then songs like To Hell and Back and Coat of Arms.
Here's Mine: 1 Shiroyama 2 Ghost Division 3 White Death 4 The Carolean's Prayer 5 Screaming Eagles 6 82nd all the way 7 Hearts of Iron 8 Fields of Verdun 9 A ghost in the trenches 10 Steel Commanders Had real trouble dropping anything when I had 13 left. Also, with Sabaton, to me the story counts into "how good the song is". I cannot separate it.
Carolus Rex is a definite No1. Then again... a whole bunch could be. Bismarck though isnt even on my top 30. My top ten would be most of the songs on the Carolus Rex album. Its on its own level... Then you have a whole bunch of other great favorites: Hearts of Iron, Devil dogs, Union, Attero dominatus, Seven pillars of wisdom, 40:1, The last stand, Soldier of heaven, Art of war, Uprising. Screaming eagles, Livgardet, Soldier of three armies, Inmate 4859, Stalingrad....Jeez.. you cant even make a top 10 list that makes sense. There are just too many good ones! :)

It’s absolutely impossible to choose just 10 songs. But to not mention Sparta in this context is just … wrong! Best albums: 1, Carolus Rex (Swedish version, much stronger than the English version) 2, Great War (history version) 3, The War to End all Wars (history version) 4, The Art of War 5, Heroes, or The Last Stand (cannot choose, depends on the mood of the day)

Really missing "En livstid i krig", but might be because I'm Swedish :) It's without a doubt my nr 1.
If you´re a Swedish Sabaton fan that is a given in my opinion.

Karolinens bön (The Carolean´s Prayer) really catches the essence of Sabaton. White Death is really underrated.

IMO Caroleans Prayer and Ruina Emperii from the Carolus Rex album get WAY too little attention. Peaple really sleep on those songs.
