Thank you so much. She is recovering well from her setback so is even more determined to stay put. We have a lot of safety features in place and will hire a PSW to check in on her hopefully daily. I'll be the same way - no way do I want to leave my home!
Happy to see you! I have been using 0.10% Retin A for longer than I can remember, and it is truly the single best thing I have ever done for my skin Nobody thinks I'm as old as I am 😅 Take care, Heidi.😊
I totally agree! Retin A has definitely being the number one product that has made the biggest difference and sunscreen has protected my investment! LOL! Have an awesome weekend!
Hi Patricia! My Mom is doing much better now from her setback and at this point there is no convincing her to leave her home. I will be the same way! Hope all is well with you and your family!
Hi Heidi, great seeing you again. Love seeing the products you go through. I learn so much and learn about new brands etc. I have a huge bin of empties I started in January 2024 and I still have not filmed them yet. Wesley keeps asking why I have a big bin of trash in the hall way. i always yell at him, leave it, I still need to film my empties. He looks at me like I have two heads....LOL Who knows it anyone will get to see the products I use or have used......at the end of the day I am tired....who wants to film LOL. Give the girls a big hug from me and Shadow. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers about your mom. It's a stressful situation to have to deal with. I can only imagine, how stressed and tired you must be. Hang in there. Have missed you lots. Hope your weekend goes well. Hugs Take care always xoxoxox! :)
Hi Brenda! I have two boxes of empties. One for my beauty products and one for my wax empties. Only another You tuber would understand. LOL! Mom has recovered fairly well from her setback and at this point there is no convincing her to leave her home. Can't blame her, I'll be the same way. We have put up safety bars throughout the house and a raised toilet seat, etc,etc and will hire a PSW to check in on her each day. Hope Wesley is continuing to recover well from his surgery and that you are feeling as well as possible.
Your knowledge of skin products and you come on this forum to share - thank you! Will look into Stylevana for products you mentioned! My son enjoys the Isntree Hyaluronic acid watery sun gel SPF 50.
It takes a while to receive products from Stylevana but their prices make it so worth it. They have coupons on site or I use "Honey" app which I signed up for free with. the Isintree Sunscreen is quite a popular one! They have B1G1 area on their website and a flash sale section also that I check out.
Thank you so much! She has bounced back quite well from her setback and is even more determined to stay put. I can't blame her one bit. I wouldn't want to leave a house I have lived in for 60 years.
Hi Heidi. Missed seeing you here on your channel. I appreciate your info on skincare. You are so focused and consistent with your skincare. And I must say it shows. Your skin always has a glow. Not sure I would be able to keep up with the regimen. I am sort of on the "lazy" side where cosmetics are concerned. Thank you for this very interesting video. I saw ads recently for Jones Road Beauty. They make a product that you just rub on your face, sort of like a large deodorant stick. Supposed to be all-in-one (foundation, moisturizer, blush and I think bronzer). Have you heard of this? I guess it's like a shortcut to beauty. Lol. Best of luck with the care of your Mom. Hope whatever you decide will work best for her care! Have a great weekend!
Hi Cheryl! Consistency is definitely key. I'm so used to it at this point it's just routine and I don't think about it too much. It's a relaxing way for me to wind down at the end of the day. I haven't heard of the Jones Road product. It would definitely be a shortcut! LOL! Thanks so much for watching!
Good to see you back. If you and your siblings decide to take your mom in, maybe you could each do it for se real months. That way, it isn't too much on one person.
Hi Pam! I definitely can't see my Mom in a nursing home. She is sharp as a tack and has a very set routine - I think she would deteriorate quickly in that setting. Yes, we would definitely need to switch out but at this point there is no way she is leaving her home. Can't blame her!
Hang in there, Heidi❤ Any content you can squeeze in is much appreciated
Thank you so much! It is a nice distraction to be able to do videos. Thanks for watching and hope you have a great weekend!
Heidi- God Bless your mom! To be on her own at 92 is Amazing! Praying for you, your mom & the family.
