Hi! If I prep my nails well, they can last 7-10 days. Sometimes a nail or two will fall off before then so I just put another on. The key is to prep your nails well. I wash my hands well to get rid of any lotion, etc. then apply rubbing alcohol. I always put on the nails just before bed because you don't want your nails to get wet at all for a few hours. Hope that helps.
