  • If you’re like me, you have buckets full of small scrap fabric sitting around waiting to be used. They can be used to stuff pin cushions and other fabric items, but we can also use them in our slow stitching projects.
    I have used some of my fabric scraps in this project. I then dug through my thread scraps and used those to add texture along with a few beads and sequins.

    Just curious, after you complete the piece, which is beautiful, do you mount it or frame it? It would be nice to see different ways it could be showcased.😊

    Hi Jenn, your work and process is inspiring me! I have seeds beads for jewelry, but have not sewn with them. What needle do you use to stitch them down?

    • @cookingjennfer
      @cookingjennfer  5 месяцев назад

      Thanks! I think they’re size 10 beading needles. Maybe size 12. I can’t remember now. For bigger beads I don’t even bother with beading needles.

    Is it hard to get ur needle through the hear bond? I have arthritis in my hands. What needle do u use?

    • @cookingjennfer
      @cookingjennfer  6 месяцев назад

      I don’t have any issues as long ad the needle is sharp. I use random needles. Whichever one fits the thread I’m using. I like the DMC embroidery needles. I got those at Michaels.
