That was deep 👍🏿 Often You’ve forgiven someone and that same person will try to make You feel guilty for Your silence or tell You if You don’t talk then You haven’t forgiven or You don’t know what forgiveness is and they will continue to hurt You.

Forgiveness is not for the other person , forgiveness is for you to move forward and allow God to give you clarity, you're clearing your mind, soul, heart , it frees your emotional attachment, so true you can grow, so heal and live your life and learn the lesson, you have a free will choice , silence is peace far away from chaos, drama, trauma, protection, is a must, to forgive, it protects your mind, heart and soul, Amen
