My questions :1) can I get transit visa on immigration desk ? 2) in my case only 3 hours so I need hotel booking for Visa on arrival? 3) is there any solution?

yes they have the on desk transit visa facility but you should once contact your airlines to confirm because you just have 3 hours of layover. Otherwise you can easily apply for the Qatar visa

Bro for transist through qatar if flight layover time is only 3hrs need transist visa? Or no need if not leaving the airport
in 3 Hours you will not be able to travel the city. Usually, their packages are meant for people have minimum 6 hours of layover.
