However, the reason he "runs away" at the end is cause he underestimated the Sonic Cast, when he put the Souls up against the real ones. and the reason why Metal Sonic helps him is cause. Off Screen, Eggman sent out Metal to help him in Mystic Cave Zone and Metal brought the Chaos Emeralds just in case.) Now for a small Q/A for this and other stuff -------------------- Q. How did you come up with that design for Sonic.EXE? A. The Sonic.EXE/X Design i used for this was a design Me and Isaac (twitter.com/Isaacshouse2) made back when we were doing a Sonic.EXE "Retake/Re-imagine". However now this design has been scrapped and got a new design. so i said fuck it, i'll use the old one for now, we are not going to use it anyways. -------------------- Q. Why do the Souls fight the actual character's half way? A. The reason I made the Souls fight the real ones, is cause NO ONE EVER DONE THAT. "Oh but Mirror Mode does it." No it doesn't only Mario fights all of them, stop gaslighting yourself Jimmy. -------------------- Q. why does Sonic go Super at the end, even tho you didn't show him getting the Emeralds? A. IDFK, i thought it would have been cool -------------------- Q. Where is Sonic Cold Shoulder/Frostbite's Story? A. Yup the big question. I hate to ruin people's moods, but Frostbite's story isn't happening. for multiple reasons. 1.Sonic Shuffle was taking most of my time at the time so i couldn't do anything with it. 2. I was over my head, by both making it a sprite animation series and making it in the Sonic Canon. -------------------- Q. So now that everything relating to your "EXE Stuff" is scrapped or dead. are you going to leave the community? A. Well not necessarily. I got something cooking, but i want it to be something smaller. and i want to learn GameMaker Studio first before executing the idea. So give me some time to prepare. -------------------- Q. Do you do Commissions and if so can I commission you? A. Eventually i will do public commissions, but for now i mostly give them to close people or friends of mine. Alright im out for now. Time to go into hibernation again. 👋
@MetroRetro_1 yeah I understand. still a really cool idea due to the fact every new take on exe today is just the regular design but with sharper teeth, or crystals, or different colored eyes, or smth stupid. This keeps it fresh without straying too much from the original design.
I'll be honest, I love the originality that you put into this Confronting Your Self, it's really very good, and it doesn't just play the same song, just with different tones or rhythm, here it creates original parts but without leaving aside the classic, I've never seen a metal sonic in a confronting your self, it is really fresh and original, very well done (especially the parts of tails, knuckles and eggman, who will confront their souls versions is a good addition).
