Lovely! In Romanian we call this, Lapte de Pasare or Bird's Milk.

Every time I hear Jeff's voice I want to check him for a pulse. He never sounds like he's having fun.

Île Flottante is my favorite dessert. When I’m in Paris I always have it at least once. I bake a lot but for some reason I’ve never made it. I think with your recipe and direction I will try it. I’ve successfully made Salzburger Nockerl and that’s and it’s very delicate. Thank you for all the great videos.

We have something very similar, almost identical as a Romanian dessert. It's called: Lapte de pasare, which means birds milk. It's one of my favorite desserts and served often during Easter. Maybe we took it from the French : ))
