Damon here, still catching up! I’m really hoping to be able to catch up on Origins at some point and also start picking the Cartoon Collection up. That’s tough to say what my brain automatically goes to when I think of MotU. Both the toys and Filmation series were pretty prominent in my head during the mid-80s. I think it just boils down to each individual character and which design was the one that stood out. If the cartoon wasn’t all that different from the toy, they sort of blend together. Perfect example: I always think of the cartoon She-Ra as opposed to her original toy. So yeah, I think this version of Teela is the first thing I think of. I don’t recall using the snake armor on the vintage figure all that often as a kid because she didn’t wear it in the cartoon. Definitely one of the best-looking Teela figures they’ve put out! And Trap Jaw is also pretty awesome! I too wish he had all three of his accessories. Seems like an odd choice. And yeah, those episode-specific props don’t really feel all that necessary to me. I can’t imagine myself displaying these figures with those “extras.” Great review as always!
Can’t wait to see some pop and swaps with this trap-jaw and mouse-jaw. They really should’ve included the flyswatter attachment for trap jaw, though since that’s what he used predominantly. This Tesla though is going to be the definitive origins version for my collection. Great review.🎉
Love this line!! Love Teela, can't wait to have her. After so many attempts at Filmation Teela, they finally got the face and skin tone right. Trap Jaw is great too! Love how all his mechanical arm pieces detach. Wish he would have come with the fly swatter, or the rocket blast attachment he used in a She-Ra episode. Maybe those will come with another character. :)
Or you can have the pieces that you want 3D printed for you, my friend. Just need to find a pic of the weapons that you want and send them to someone who can make them for you.
@zubairsarwar815 that's what I was thinking. I loved he man growing up, but I didn't jump on any of the toy lines that came out. I was waiting until the cartoon ones came out and now I'm torn
@@davidthanos Me too , but the pink colour of cartoon Tj seems bit light and childish to me, as well as lack of accessories.I prefer the black and blue colours for Tj.
It’s your speaker invest in a new one. Did you know my dad is an Ecuadorian prince? Be careful down there you have more than audio to worry about right now as I see in the news
Oh good that I caught your attention for the audio! Believe it or not, your videos have no outlet to distract us from so much violence, down here in hiding, dear friend. Don't be offended, it was just a suggestion with the audio to make your videos better. Greetings to your Ecuadorian dad. Tell him to send me a hug!!! Greetings from the navel of the world.@@KylePeterson1980
He used the claw in one episode, but his hook and gun were his go to items. Did have other tools too.
Teela looks awesome. Love how these figures give you accessories from the cartoon like the dueling practice droid
Great masters of the universe toys
The Trap Jaw that looks really cool is the crossover with the TMNT. where one of the attachments is a mouser head.
The cartoon line is a cool variant, but I always dream about the OG figure line at night.

When I close my eyes at night I see the cartoon version
the tmnt /master's of the universe are perfect figures with great price
Is this coming to retail or just online? Can't find these in store anywhere.
Not in store yet
Awesome review
Are you planning on collecting a men on card set too in this line Kyle?
She looks more like Evil-Lyn in her face than Teela.
Filmation was were I discovered Motu, I was the Tmnt generation
I HAVE THE POWER!!!
Cartoon!
So which would you say is the definitive trap jaw and you cant say mondo. Lol
Future top 5. Hard choices
I think the New-Eternia version is the best but this one is definitely the OG cartoon trap jaw.

Not a fan of the cartoon line. Figure is a pass for me
Your audio is very very bad for the thousands of dollars you have in figures??? I advise you to get a better one!!! Greetings.
