I really like this because it is honest and real and so often people sugar coat stuff. I have figured out how to deal with fear/anxiety in my 20's when it would "settle" in my body, often my neck or stomach. So, might sound funny but I told the feeling to move and breathed out real fast. Also I just know I have to move a lot or I get more anxious. Unfortunately for me I do have to be on meds for life it seems, (genetic propensity for it and having a child made it get much worse) but I am proud that I can move out of fear many times by using various methods. Also acupuncture helps.Can't wait to read the book. I agree so much with what she is saying overall.
