A Flower Tea Master

There is a unique new kind of teahouse located on Guangdong Road, Tianjin, most of the tea choices here are made of flowers. The owner of the store Deng Songjue is also a tea master. He makes the tea that combines Chinese and Western styles, with both the simplicity of traditional tea and creamy taste of western dessert.

When making chrysanthemum tea do you use the flowers or the buds? When does one use the flower and when does one use the bud when making chrysanthemum tea?

Why to buy? You have tons of flowers outside on your grass or trees. It's spring and it's bloom. Go get them. You know nothing about them? Neither do I. Who cares. Grab them, dry them and try them. I do it for days in my free time and it's fun! :)
Before You take them to your house please let the flowers in some opene space to let the bugs go out. They also want to live.
