Hi. Thanks for the video. I have a query. My degree and Institution is recognized and equivalent to Germany education as per ANABIN site, have job offer and salary is 80k/year. Do I get BlueCard. The company had assigned me with "Fragomen Immigration" where they are taking care of VISA process. As per their latest mail they provide this info "Based on the documents/information provided, we conclude that you may be eligible for an EU Blue Card. Please note that an EU Blue Card holder must possess a university degree related to the specific future job title. As there is no clear link between your degree and your future position, German authorities might apply another legal basis to your application. We will nevertheless apply for an EU Blue Card for you and simultaneously apply for a Work and Residence Permit for Specialists as a back-up option. The decision on the type of your permit will be at the discretion of the German authorities. A Work and Residence Permit for Specialists requires a pre-approval from the Federal Employment Agency in Germany. We will file your application to ensure you have the pre-approval notice at hand in case the authorities do not approve your EU Blue Card application. The standard processing time for the pre-approval application is approximately 2-3 weeks after filing. This may depend on various factors."
