- Paul was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and underwent surgery to remove his left kidney. In 2019 a scan revealed enlarged lymph nodes, Paul was told that he would be on treatment for the rest of his life. Paul says "Things were about to change, but my positivity remains the same"
