If you guys happen to be in Bohol first week of March, let me know. I can show you guys around. I will be out there on vacation. Born and raised in Bohol but I live in Cali now.
I think the best to book for any Palawan tours is Tao Expedition. Get your guide also recommends but Tao expedition does Siargao also. From transportation, meals and tours
I agree, we looked hard into doing Tao tours but to be honest…it wasn’t in our budget, it is a pricey adventure for 3-4 days and we just couldn’t fit it in, although next time we’re thinking about doing that for the experience and less touristy areas!! 🙌
Proud Filipina here. 🇵🇭 I enjoyed watching your video! My brother and I went to Coron recently and this makes me remember the amazing experience in the beautiful islands. Thank you for sharing this, Taylor. Keep up the good work!
Nice video, it's truly beautiful there. Suggest you rent a private boat, cost little more but then you avoid the masses of people and you can decide how long to stay on each place and so on. I went earlier than the groups to the lake so was only a few of us there. Hope the place won't be destroyed by tourism.
Thank you, and it truly is an amazing country! We also suggest doing a private boat it’s much better but for only the 2 of us…it was out of our price range!! I also hope that with all the tourism in such beautiful places that it doesn’t destroy them or the creatures in their natural habitats!
Western tourist should spend more and take private tours for less crowd. And enjoy more since you traveled that far. Normal tours are designed for locals. Our tolerance for crowds are high and we sometimes prefer that to be more enjoyable.
Usually when you’re booking at your hotel/hostel or even when booking directly with a company there’s always an option for private and i believe it was anywhere between P3000-P6000 Per person for a private tour!
We spent 1 month in Vietnam already and absolutely loved it, although we plan to go back again and do a 1 month bike trip from Hanoi > Northern Vietnam!
@@taylorsaunderss that guide should be fired by the company!! It is bad for the tourism!! Research first next time!! That is just isolated case!!! Most of the guides are honest!!! There's always a bad egg everywhere in the world
We do find it hard to find a proper price that we should be charged because everyone and every tour company/guide charges differently so it’s never a set number 👎
Yes the tour guide rented everyone the kayaks at the port before we left for our island tour, charging 1500 pesos for clear kayaks & 3 seaters and 1000 for regular ones!
As much I want to visit there, what puts me off is the people ripping people off! If you want people to go there stop ripping tourist off it really puts a bad word and won’t like to go there. And government should govern that. They don’t realised without tourist you won’t make money. So please! Stop ripping people off! And given your self a bad name. Make sure you do your research or asked local or others with kayak how much they paid.
I agree with you!! It does suck knowing there’s always the chance that you are going to be ripped off my locals selling things to tourist because most of the time we don’t know what the price should be! It’s all trial and error for tourist to learn how to either bargain or ask locals for their opinions on prices etc!

proud dor having a corrupt government officials and incompetent leaders like duterte and marcos 😂😂😂
bro! try expedition 5 days el nido to coron palawan , you won't regret it.
That was one of our options, we’ve seen and heard so many good things out that!!
@@taylorsaunderss if you can continue, look for or choose the company " tao philippines " expedition
That’s the place we were looking at! Heard it’s one of the best!! 🙌
Gotta go there soon 😊

You should try TAO Expeditions.

i've been to EL nido maybe next time to Coron Cause Palawan is a Tourist Destination and everybody love that place
Yes coron was beautiful and we found less touristy than El Nido🙌
nice❤
Wow thats fast.. You guys are in coron now. Last saw your video was still in Kawasan. Anyways, hope you enjoyed so far guys❤ stay safe ❤
Thanks so much🤗 Yes we do move quite fast! Trying to see as many places as we can! 😄

I agree! If private tours are in your budget it’s worth doing that instead of a normal tour! 😄
You should visit Malapascua island so you can have a chance to swim with different types of shark
I bet the camera didn't do justice to the colors of the ocean and whatever is beneath it.
Absolutely not! Cameras never do justice to the beautiful of these places!!
❤❤❤❤❤
Nice
Thank you!
for the less touristy spots, you might want to try heading SOUTH of Palawan where you'll get empty stretches of beaches. Or Siquijor or Camiguin. :)
Thanks for the recommendations!! We’re going to try and do another one in a less touristy spot soon! ◡̈
Correct! Private tours are much better :)
Definitely! ◡̈ I
OMG! you are so beautiful! ⚘⚘⚘♥️♥️♥️
Thank you so much 🤗🤗
TRY TO GO TO MALL OF ASIA ONE OF THE BIGGEST MALL IN ENTIRE ASIA FOUND IN THE PHILIPPINES OR OKADA MANILA
How do you book the private tours and how much do they charge?
Usually when you’re booking at your hotel/hostel or even when booking directly with a company there’s always an option for private and i believe it was anywhere between P3000-P6000 Per person for a private tour!
@taylorsaunderss thanks for reply. you should visit Vietnam too. it's really affordable safe and beautiful.
We spent 1 month in Vietnam already and absolutely loved it, although we plan to go back again and do a 1 month bike trip from Hanoi > Northern Vietnam!
$50 bucks to see these beautiful landscape is cheap. $30 bucks for kayak is not.
Yes i agree! $50 was a no brainer for the tour but the $30 on top of that was where we were questioning if the kayaks were worth it!
@@taylorsaundersskayak is only 300pesos thats only less than 6 dollars¡!! The local government should look into this overcharging
Yes i didn’t realize we were being way overcharged until now! We thought it was normal because it was apart of a tour company 😟

Who rented you the kayak?? The tour guide?? Report it to company or the local government, that would hurt the tourism if thats not person stop!!!!
Yes the tour guide rented everyone the kayaks at the port before we left for our island tour, charging 1500 pesos for clear kayaks & 3 seaters and 1000 for regular ones!
Do your research first on everything about prices next time!!! But thats isolated case only!!! Kayak is only 300pesos
Too expensive for kayak ahah ,
Yes way too expensive for a kayak! Now we are realizing we were overcharged on a lot of things!!! 👎 Haha

9:40 o.m.g. 30$ is expensive to you for kayak,, what planet do you live,🤣
It is more expensive considering most of the time we have ever rented a kayak for the entire day it only costs $5-$10!
