    13:50 mark - so true!! I struggle w/ always feeling like there’s more work that I could do instead of sleep... hopefully journaling will help me alleviate some of that guilt / stress

      This is literally me right now!!
      I’m less than 2 weeks away from my test, and every time I go to bed i I think if I do questions instead of sleeping or go through some content and it gives me so much anxiety 😭😭
      But I end up sleeping because I know I need it
