What we are is the results of our acquired sankar. Every person have different perspective for everything. When we depends upon others opinions for our behaviour or actions that make us weaker & worse. We need to understand no one can do what we can do for ourselves. Soo first learn to love ourselves never depends upon others opinions. When we learn to love ourselves we can give it to others & we can see or feel the change in ourselves. Some time people opinion make us feel bad but from inside when we do self talk ( spiritual knowledge)that make us feel calm .
