- Fifth session: All pregnant women and her partner should do this during the time of labor pain until the delivery of the baby. With the help of the fifth session, pregnant women who are in her labor pain will feel less pain and can easily tolerate each and every contraction, without getting breathless and it will help in early dilatation of cervix also with the help of labor exercises/the fourth session.
