Please help me for my chest pain when I am walking, I do yoga ,anulom vilom, and suryanamuskkar,but I can't walk 100mitre. Walking time chest pain starts and when I stop pain go away and again starts walking 50mitre, pain starts again, I visited GP, he told me go in emergency when pain starts

Good that Dr Bimal ji is prescribing Yoga also. These exercises have great benefits for heart and other parts of body also. One more exercise called Butterfly yoga for flexibility of hip joints be also added.
