It would have 💯/💯 if you have used organic jaggery (or accha Gudd) in the place of sugar. Otherwise your way of making,explaintion everything perfect and wonderful as usual madam.Thank you.
the fibers in the avla should rather be used. We can directly grind the pulp. wash the avlas , Deseed the avla first and then boil them in the just right amount of water . I think this will save the extra efforts and we will not waste on the nutrients. I think in the next video you can too try this .

Very nicely explained anshuji, yes exactly in other way it can be said as qwath means kadha, we have to use all herbs extracts in chyawanprash, therefore its boiled for 2 hrs and stored aside for 12 hrs.
The recipe given by Nisha Maam is not so perfect ... No table sugar was present when Maharishi Chyavan invented Chyawanprash. he used rock sugar, also known as mishri or thread mishri.

If u have small family then u have to take 1 kg amla it will made 1.5 kg or 2 kg n the shelf life is of 2 months tq
