    Thanks . I tried the recipe … but with just one change . Instead of sugar I used jaggery ( गुड़). It came out very well . I used just enough jaggery for taste .

    It would have 💯/💯 if you have used organic jaggery (or accha Gudd) in the place of sugar. Otherwise your way of making,explaintion everything perfect and wonderful as usual madam.Thank you.

    the fibers in the avla should rather be used. We can directly grind the pulp.
    wash the avlas , Deseed the avla first and then boil them in the just right amount of water . I think this will save the extra efforts and we will not waste on the nutrients. I think in the next video you can too try this .

    Ma'am
    Made the chawanprash.....and it has come out really well...and tastes good too.
    Only one issue I'm facing........there are some fungus forming on the top.
    Where have I gone wrong and how do I mend it

      u cn add thread mishri (yellowish in colour)... jaggery is hot in nature. not suitable for chyavanprash

    Very nice madam and very easy, can you please tell if small family made Chyawanprash approx. 2 kg then how it will preserve for long time at least for 2-3 month. Please note my all family has cold and sinus problem so we cannot keep in freeze. Awaiting for your reply.

      If u have small family then u have to take 1 kg amla it will made 1.5 kg or 2 kg n the shelf life is of 2 months tq

    Hello Nisha, can i re use that left over water mix of aushadhi some how? It looks too praceous to throw away... After all it is apparently highly cocentrated emulsion of herbs...

    south indian names of the ingredients plz. several persons have asked about using jaggery/ gur instead of white sugar.you have'nt answered yet. this is an important question.from ancient time onwards our ancestors used to make this rasayana.but they might not have used the white sugar which is nothing but poison.

      rani Rani chai mei jab chai patti dalte h toh usey chantey q hai peetey kyu nahi.
      Pulaw mei tez patta dal kr khatey q nahi.

      Very nicely explained anshuji, yes exactly in other way it can be said as qwath means kadha, we have to use all herbs extracts in chyawanprash, therefore its boiled for 2 hrs and stored aside for 12 hrs.

      The recipe given by Nisha Maam is not so perfect ... No table sugar was present when Maharishi Chyavan invented Chyawanprash. he used rock sugar, also known as mishri or thread mishri.

    Mam Instead of normal sugar KHADI Sakar is the healthy version and more question woh jo saare herbs aapne boil kiye and phir use aapne use bhi nahi kiya instead hum uska powder banakar aamla me add kar sakte hai so that we get all the nutrients from it

    NIsha ji, First of all thanks a lot for this recipe. Pls tell me about ingredients that was boiled with Amla, what you did with those, it is not clear in video. Many people has questioned you below but you didn't answer anyone, pls tell.

    Thank u very much Nishaji.but, it is very difficult for me to collect all things in abroad .When in India that time would have easy to get .I always use chavan praas for my family n me.if I get all things I will surely try to prepare.thank u once again.God bless u.
