All these tips are super helpful. I love how informative your videos are. We are the process of building a custom homes so every tip is very appreciated.
Thanks for the kind note Hollie. That's exactly what we are trying to do, give good information on the overall process. Are there any questions that our videos haven't answered that would further help you? We're always looking for more video ideas to help everyone.
Very helpful tips. I found the hardest part was navigating mine and my wife's "wants" and "needs". Your options become limited when someone wants a particular color fixture, and style throughout the whole house. Do we really need a $1,500 freestanding tub faucet? No but it's cheaper than marriage counseling :-)
Women: But I need to satisfy my feelings. Men: You need to use logic. Women: But we never use logic. I don't even know what it means. All I know is my feelings.
I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed.

I worked my ass off with 2 full time jobs and extras on the weekend. Saved up 25k and handed that over to my financial Adviser to put down and for investing. So I continued working my ass off and in less than three months I was able to lay my hands on my first property.
I LOVE your videos -- so very informative. I wish I lived in the Houston, TX area as I would certainly look to using your services. I live in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Any local builders that you know that are as good as Aspire Fine Homes? There is a level of transparency that I get from your videos that's very refreshing.
Say I’m building a 3500 SF house ( above ground), with an unfinished poured concrete basement. What would be a good construction cost/SF. I know there are many factors but I just want to have a ballpark figure

Heard many good recommendations about Roch Dungca-Schreiber by some YT channels, Seminars and other platforms...!
Outstanding. Tks for making these
Thanks, good insights
Cambria is an amazing product. I've put it in 2 of my homes that we renovated and will be putting it in our 3rd home that we are building.

Are these advices for the builders or new home owners looking to build? Can I go to the builder and ask for specifics like these?

How can you find the manufacturer? I want to have Vikin appliances.

What quality engineered flooring is he finding for $3-$5 a sq.ft.? Please share!
Do you have any flooring recommendations? Thank you
The budget choices here would be over the top choices for some people.
Emtek decently priced? Dude is crazy. 90 plus dollars for a door handle.
