Padezco hace un año de rigidez cuello,zona occipital tensa, Zona Atlas,SIN dolor de cabeza, inestabilidad crónica al andar, aunque casi siempre me permite hacer ejercicio e incluso a veces correr un rato No sé si me lo he creado por mala postura al mirar móvil que apoyo mucho la zona izda del cuerpo tumbado en la cama, forzando mucho porque por trabajo paso bastante tiempo en esa postura.Puede ser eso lo que me haya creado alguna lesión, disfunción,etc y por eso dicha inestabilidad crónica al andar? También tensión visceral 👍
I can’t stretch my legs out straight when I’m at a right angle (like an L-seat). I really want to do L-seats and on the ground, I know I easily have the strength to do them with straight legs, but when my legs get higher up, I can’t keep my legs straight. Is this the same issue?
bro , when i try to toe touch , i feel pain in my hamstrings , it feels like a burn , i want to fully fold over my quads , but as i bend my back , my hamstring naturally bend , and i cant straighten them without a bit of pain . also when i front kick i feel that burn ( as if when they go past a certain position they start hurting , a bolt electric feeling a burn). i stretch so they got so much better , but im wondering , whats the root cause ? is it like u said weakness.

Your hamstrings are weak that’s why they tight
No. The hamstring is short and weak 99% of the time. No amount of stretching will fix it. Single leg deadlifts.

Or leg curls. Or normal deadlifts. Or squats.
