Point your toes, cover your ears with your arms with you lift them up, practice practice practice over and over at home, try your best, and have fun!!!
I'm not sure what a "level 1 junior" is but it could be a different league or association. Sydney competes in the USAG DP levels 1-10 (she'll be a level 6 this year)
@@stacyomaha in the Philippines we have 2 extra levels For level 1 we have junior and senior for level 1. But 6 is a good start, it’s impressive she can do that
I was level 7 “same with my friend” in acro but I had to drop down 4 levels 😭😭 It’s cause they where tryouts and this girl came and she was level 2.. AND THE COACH MADE ME WORK WITH HER AND SOME OTHER GIRL 😭😭😭 so the teacher made it “ challenge” for the new girl so she bumped up up to level 4.AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT OUR SKILL SHEET AND SHE DROPED US DOWN ANOTHER LEVEL SO UM IM STUCK AT LEVEL 3 😭ik they do this for a reason but I pay hundreds of dollars each month for me not to improve.AND MY FRIEND STAYED AT LEVEL 7 WITH OTHER GIRLS IN A TRIO AND IM OVER HERE AT LEVEL 3 😭 and the coach said she’s thinking about us being permanent partners (AND COMPETITION SEASON IS IN 2 MONTHS) 😭
@@Layahhh1 FR I’m pretty sure silver is level 3/4 I’m in bronze 1 Rn I really hope to move up to silver after the season I’m pretty sure I will though because I’m doing super good I’ll be so mad if I don’t 😭😭😭

This is not Level 3 where I come from. You do a roundoff-back handspring in level 5!!! But I am impressed.
ur either a diff country or did gymnastics before 2021. a roundoff backhandspring back tuck is required for level 5
