    Most asked questions
Q:What battery you have under the hood?
    A: Its a Exide ek950, 95ah agm battery.
Q: Do you know what it does to your starter motor?!
A: Yes i do. I also have spare starter motors. 😁
Q: Why dont you have glowplugs?
A: car started effortlessly until -15c degrees, i didnt have many cold starts like this and after inspecting i found out that none of the glowplugs were working. Goes to show how much you actually need glowplugs on these direct injection diesels even in colder climates.
No external power sources etc, just clip i filmed on my phone on my way to start a car. 😂

All diesels are technically direct injection. I also highly recommend Exide batteries; even their standard batteries seem to last longer than a lot of other brands I've experienced and the Excell in one of my cars holds charge when I've not run it for a couple of months.

Your argument is dumb, why would you use an expensive Tesla motor when a simple motor will do? A Tesla motor is quite heavy so not sure where you are going with that argument. And I can guarantee you that a Tesla motor wont draw anywhere near the same amps as a starter motor on a cold crank.

The glow plugs aren't really required for starting with direct injection.
It's to do with reducing emissions that they are powered while engine in use

Since the hood is open, I assume that there was an external power supply source to the battery, correct?

You really seem to be pushing the boundaries of what those cars, engines and now starters can do. Is this one of the modded ones? Are the 300hp and 400hp Passats still going now?
