How wonderful to see Ngakpa‘s, long haired practitioners with families. This is fabulous to see in a world dominated by monks - great to see lay practitioners in this way.
Grateful thanks for this important recording of a rare - very rare - community of practitioners of this most excellent teaching and practice, founded by a. Tibetan woman of ancient times, and here, as we see, a living practice today, still bringing benefit and worthy of celebration in movement, sound, the inner nature desirous of Liberation: freedom from suffering.
The rare dance performed in this video is the dance you would see at a funeral, especially at the time of "Sky burial". The lamas with their dance, song, horns and drums, are used to call in the vultures for ‘sky burial.’ But these days, the locals of Dolpo don't practice "Sky burial" and the above dance was performed in the year 2019 at the time of the Inauguration Ceremony of the big Stupa you could see in the video, just to exhibit the culture of Dolpo.

I want to visit Dolpo. Please tell me when is the best time of the year to go there.
The best time to visit is June
to September if you want to see the greenery of the valley.
影片中那些瑜珈士跳的金剛舞非常棒我很欣賞。能否請教是哪個傳承法脈?謝謝。
您所说的遗产是什么意思?
但是朴素和丰富的文化本身是一种财富。你不这样认为吗?
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Can you tell us the purpose of this dance?
