I just started following you and have built 2 of your decks for the F2P crowd and man they are great decks Gruul Snow is one of them and the other is Lorehold Spirits. I have not played magic since Kamigawa set came out and actually quit playing MTG. About 4 months during one of the many lockdowns Michigan had, I discovered the MTG had an Arena site and so I downloaded it and started playing. I never considered myself a strong player till recently I found your channel and watched your videos and have learned to be a better player and just love the content you put out. Can not wait for more content to hit but will have to wait till weekends as my work has ramped up for the summer and everyday we get more and more business. Just want to say that your content is very informative and has taught this old dog ( started playing MTG in 1994 ) some new tricks and hope to learn more. :)
Love, love, love this deck. Great change of pace for me. One tip for those looking to branch out: I'm running 2x 3/2 Boreal Outriders instead of 2x 3/4 Thrashing Brontodons. The +1/1 Counter it throws onto creatures you play with snow mana, if your Outrider can avoid removal, are unreal, and are well worth the downsides of losing some toughness.
Been loving the F2P decks, and others, but F2P are the only ones I have a chance getting atm. Keep up the good vids, and also helps me think of combos I didnt know yet.

i like this - reminds me of the grull trample pump deck you did with Syr farren and the wildbonder. Titanic growth plus raking claws was a beautiful thing in that deck (well in my version it was!)

Those who want can try with 2 Colossal majesty (draw each turn instead of once) + 2 Ferocity of the wilds (give trample and +1/0 when attacking) instead of 4 Garruk's uprising.
Yeah, I tried it. Pretty much 7 loss in a row in Plat/Dia. It is just really hard to pull off. Enemy can see the 4 attack incoming for miles and with current removal meta you are sitting ducks. Nice idea though!

you got lucky if the had angel tribal or a true mono white life gain you'd been toast. And what's bad is those two and Dimir mill make up about 90% of the meta right now
Agreed. Haha! This is definitely a fun deck to play I just wrapped up about 8 games with it. Lost 6 of those to just more powerful cards the opponent constantly had. (One win was a tiBalt’s stupid ass meme trickery crap - won b/c they missed their ugin and bounced 😂) Damn sure wouldn’t play this on the ladder. But for a early Intro kinda deck with room to upgrade. I can dig it.

Luck. Sometimes you get pinned up with decks you can beat. Sometimes you get pinned with decks you can’t win against. Sometimes the game says your winning too much so it’ll flood you with a lot of lands or minimal lands. Just how the game goes.
I'm with ya, i played roughly 30 games and this deck won only 3-4 games in silver division, dropped 2 levels, maybe a good beginner deck but not nearly upper tier competitive.
anyone else see the "wildboner for lethal"? hahaha also, i wouldn't have been able to resist running quartzwood crasher in this deck... 6/6 trample for 5 in gruul colors that spawns dinosaur tokens with power and toughness equal to the damage dealt whenever a creature you control with trample attacks... and they have trample ... too good not to run imo
The F2P decks look fine on paper. And they work in theory. Unless you take into consideration the rigged shuffler and you get shit opening hands while your opponent get all he needs.

Great looking f2p deck. I like how the deck has a bunch of cards you might get from a kaldhiem quick deaft.
Gruul is easy color combo to learn too, so people should be able to experiment with the deck without completely borking it if they change anything

Can someone please explain to me how the deck can get 100% winrate in mythic but can barely win 1 game in platinum?

this deck didn't get 100% wr. 3 games is not a proper sample to say that. I just placed the deck on mtgarenapro and there it's at 40%WR

aka uncommon and common cards only (except for the pathways which you can sub for tapped dual snow lands)
