Hi have you sorted the dartitis yet? I’ve had a breakthrough with mine. Just before I pull my arm all the way back or just before I start to bring the throwing arm back try flexing your toes on your back foot. It’s working well for me 👍

May I ask what you've been doing to combat it? I've suffered for about 3 or 4 years now and I've not got better no matter what
