- welcome to a week in my life ON MY PERIOD during second semester of junior year... being on your period is never fun, but ESPECIALLY as a junior in high school when there's literally so much going on, but at the time this video is being posted, i only have one week left!! watch this video to see me try to get motivation to exercise even though i'm exhausted when i'm on my period, doing tons of work, finding time to go out with friends, and dealing with a heavy period overall LOL hope you guys enjoy!! it's almost summer we can do this

@@rubixcubix28 This is gonna be really random but I've been writing a book myself about a 12 year girl named Julia rose who got her first period and she has to learn about periods from the help of friends and adults without her mum so if you don't mind reading, here is an extract from my book (This is part of Chapter 2: What's this?) Eliza= younger sis Noah= bf
I woke up on the sofa to see….. BLOOD?! “What the hell?” I exclaim, rushing to the toilet. I look at my pants and soon it hits me. I got my first period. Eliza knocks on the bathroom door, “Julia, are you okay?”. I just said yes to keep her calm and told her I’d be out in a minute. I rummaged through the draws to find a pad, tampon or anything. There’s absolutely nothing. I thought to myself “ What am I supposed to do? I’ll just put toilet paper in my underwear and wrap it round until I find a pad.”
I walked out the bathroom and I forgot to flush the toilet. My sister walks in and screams as soon as she looks in the toilet. “JULIA!!!”. I rush in and look in the toilet, realising my grave error. I flush the toilet and comfort her by making up a lie about the blood. I can’t answer any questions she has as I don’t even know the answer. Whilst eating breakfast, I try to do as much research as I can about periods but nothing is really making sense. I’d watch RUclips videos and go on secure websites but these are all for teens, I’m a pre-teen, not a teen. I kiss Eliza goodbye and rush to school and see Noah. He greets me at the door and luckily, he doesn’t see the massive red stain on my pants.
I rush to the school toilets to see if there may be pads in there. Nope. I run into my class and sit next to the girls.

Just got my period last night at a graduation party. I bled through my underwear and shorts. I wasn't wearing a pad or anything because my period wasn't due for a couple more days! Then I was up till 2am with horrible cramps! I wish periods didn't exist.
But always remember that you aren’t pregnant which in some cases is REALLY GOOD (I’m 13 so I’m always so happy even though I’ve never done….it)

YES i feel like people don't talk about how exercise affects your cycle! i've only been getting mine about 1-2 weeks after i've had a break from dance (because i dance a LOT) so my period tends to skip a couple cycles (fyi this isn't healthy and i'm working with a dietician atm to try get my period to come regularly 🙃)

I was going to a state track meet, which I participated in and of course the night before I got my period and I had to run a mile and while having my period
i got my first period the night before the biggest track meet ever and i ran a mile too 😭😭😭 our luck is crazy

Junior year is no joke. How did AP exams go though? I got my period after the AP Lang exam and I’m glad I didn’t get it during it. I also had state testing that whole week so it was very stressful. I’m happy Junior year is almost over but I’m nervous for senior year. Hope you’re doing well! ❤
