How to create GLOWING OBJECTS in Photoshop | Digital Art Tutorial

Glowing objects in Photoshop.
For this tutorial I decided to do something completely different to what I'm used to which is usually more surreal based. The reason as to why I decided to make this video is because of self-isolation where it has became very difficult for me to get access to oceans or other items required to create the digital art I usually work with. For the first time ever I get to show you my face in action in front of the camera and get to share with you some tips and tricks to create glowing objects in Photoshop. This walk through was inspired by the Instagram account Calop who is well known for his neon based photography.
