What do you do to send something back?
Most of the time when you want to send something back temu will give you a credit and tell you to keep the item or items. Thats been my experience with returning items. Hope this helps.
When I want to send something back I go to my orders and click start a return. I've always had to send the items back though I make sure I keep ALL of the original packaging and if the items have tags on them leave them on that way there's no issues with your return then you print the label and drop it in the mail. Usually it goes to a return center here in the US so it only takes a couple of days and you can choose to have them refund your original payment method or give you Temu credits to shop again later.
