I watched last night from 3 am south African time.. I watched jhope military enlistment.... It was really emotional 😢.... I am still trying to get use to it... I don't think bts will be quiet even when they gone.... Their music will be still playing and we got all their beautiful videos to watch always on RUclips.... I love and support bts forever ❤🎉... At least we had a beautiful surprise in jhope military enlistment even though it was sad... Dt I don't know if you saw it...? . But I am proud of jhope I know it will be a long wait.... But we will see them soon again with God's blessings ❤
Bts have never gone radio silent on us. There's gonna be tons of pre-recorded content for us to watch while they're on duty. I'll miss seeing real time weverse lives from the boys, but jin will be back for us soon enough. We'll patiently be waiting for their return as one. 💜 Jin being the best older brother looking out for his dongsaengs. 🥺 Tae, jungkook, and hobi were on a weverse live together for a very short period of time if you wanna check it out. It was sweet to see them smiling together. Also jhope is featured on yoongi's new album with the track "HUH."
I don't believe that he's indifferent about leaving us behind. I can see the sadness in his eyes. As we all know, he's always making us laugh and wanting us happy. I'm so sad to see him go. I cried for two days when Jin went in and I been crying since Hobi's last life. BTs have literally become Army's family just we have become theirs. So, It is hard to see they have to serve their mandatory military service but the guys really wanted to serve their country and stated so many times in the past they wanted to. Oh man I am here still crying, I am such an empath and tender-hearted person. I watched the news crews at the entrance of the base Hobi will be at. I am so proud of Army for respecting the wishes of Hobi, and Jin, and when it is the rest of the member's turn to go they will do the same thing too. Army, You know when they ask us not to go to the entrance of the base in which the members serve so they and other people go to training/ service can have that private time with their family and very close friends. And I know Army will respect BTS's Request ( HYBE issues it but it is both BTS and Hybe asking Army this) as they have. I am proud of all of BTS and Army. I love you all and please remember to support the other members in their solo projects, eat well, rest, and stay healthy so Army and BTS can be back together again soon. Even though it may not seem to be but I promise the time will go by quickly and before you the guys are back together and seeing Army again.
It’s 8 pm on the East Coast. They are 12 hours ahead of me. Crazy to think Hobi may already enlisted and be in. It’s the 18th over there…things I think about lol also, I know Jin had no choice due to his age at this point, but can we talk about how the two biggest scaredy-cats of BTS, self-proclaimed too by the way, they were the first two to enlist!! It makes me especially proud of them, especially Hobi!
Sigh…this is hard to deal with regardless of when they all enter. The guys are so sweet, loving, and kind, and it’s tough seeing at risk in any way. I know this is a part of Korean culture, and I respect that , and their pride and loyalty for their country, but this hurts. It was hard seeing Jin go first, but seeing Hobi in those pics, saluting and looking as sweet and sunny as ever, brings me to tears. I know it has to happen, and countless other men have enlisted before, but these guys have my heart, and I just want them to be safe and healthy during their service…💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I think one at a time was definitely the better decision. They clearly discussed a lot to reach that conclusion, and I think bts were smart as they always are with their craft. Going one by one allowed them to explore their craft from a solo pov,,, like look at how much jhope was able to show before going! Look at how RM cemented his status as an artist who doesn't settle and continues to take artistic risks... thats important! It shows that BTS won't stagnate. Look at how much jimin grew as an artist! You can tell jimin has matured so much as an artist through the process of creating his own album... he speaks with a certain confidence as a musician now, you can hear his goals in _creating_ , not only performing. Even Jin was able to gift us the Astronaut and I look forward to the day he will be the one to babysit army's and share his personal artistry as well... they are all growing and utilizing this time as best they can to become an even more spectacular BTS We had this debate about "would going altogether be less painful" before we started to see their output, I think. But thru JitB, Astronaut, indigo, Face and DDay... I am one again in awe of BTS and their planning skills, how they truly treat their art as long term projects. Let's not forget these are the same people who took us on the Love Yourself journey for 2.5 years... they treat their story as a long term thing
It is getting very real... I wish them all the best with their enlistment and can't wait till 2025! Thankfully we have plenty of content to rewatch and ppl who do reactions like you:) ARMY💜BTS
I was a bit bummed out, but steeled myself when I first found out BTS were going the military someday. Now we've seen Jin off and Hope's giving this really candid goodbye, I can't help but be really sad. They're coming back, but it's such a sobering moment. 'Time is cruel' really stuck with me too. Whether it be that time flies, aging, how long they're going to be gone away from ARMY, their art? It's a really poignant line. I shouldn't be surprised with how poetic it is, his dad's a lit teacher, but damn.
It is so hard to see him sad and saying goodbye for now..sweet Hobi. I wish him the absolute best. Just a side note..and I hope this doesn't upset anyone..but something about the way Hobi looks in this live, he's reminding me of G-Dragon a little..maybe it's the somberness in his expressions. Although his smile is beautiful, it looks a bit out of place, not matching his eyes/emotion. I will miss our amazing Hobi. I thought about a couple more things, I'm a dork..anyway, I really did have a feeling that the two members that would have the hardest time saying goodbye would be J Hope and V for some reason. I think Jimin is ready and a little excited when it's his time, RM seems more bound by duty and honor, as was Jin. SUGA of course is serving civilly...and Jungkook, the baby, I believe he will be quite emotional but proud to follow his big brothers. Anyway, it just sucks for us, hard! Hobi is enlisting in a different Province/State and Base in the North West.... Jin is near Seoul, so he won't be able to see Jin. They have so many Army Bases and Training Centers in South Korea because they have to be prepared for War, and people that might know each other or family always get separated, it also matters where your birthplace. But alone, for hierarchy reasons, they assign Bands/Idols in different States personal relationship can endanger the security and service.
It was a little sad to see this Live, but it was inevitable. I hope J-hope is going to the same camp as Jin. I was thinking that the initial adjustment might be a little tougher for J-hope because of how fearful he is of most things. It is really good that he has Jin to help ease his mind. Starting in June 2024 they will start to come back that is when Jin will be discharged.
I was utterly dumbfounded seeing Hobi doing a vlive and seeing him sad to think that he is living for his mandatory military service sooner than we think. I will miss Hobi alot and all the members who will also be joining soon. Let's pray for all of the BTS members safety and well-being always.

I don't think 2024 is gonna be quiet. Jin will be back in June and Hobi in October. And I doubt that if Jk leaves in December, those six months we will get no content.
DT you need to be updated about everything because you seem to say things while it's not the case.. For example regarding the thing with them not expecting to enlist and that they thought it's not gonna be now, you're totally out of the loop or you just forgot that they declared more than one time that they were preparing everything to enlist in 2020 after MOTS tour. That album was supposed to be their last album before they enlist and it's named 7 and they planned the whole thing to have solo songs for all the members and the whole We are bulletproof the eternal song.. 2020 was supposed to be their temporary farewell to enlist but COVID ruined every plan they had and that's why they were affected so badly during the pandemic and they were depressed and released BE. Then they decide to enlisted last year in 2022 just right after their 2022 Festa but they postponed it because of the whole Busan Expo that the government had them to do and crippled their plan and decision again cuz they wanted to do a last concert for Army before going. Don't ever underestimate them, they always plan for years ahead for everything it's just the pandemic shifted their whole plan and the Expo. Or else we would've had all of them back from the military by now if their plan went as it was supposed to be in 2020 without the pandemic. So please look for valid and formal information before assuming because we knew about this since Jin's enlistment in December he said all of this and other members said it also.
Shouldn’t Jin be coming home in June of 2024? Isn’t it actually 18 mos as opposed to 24 mos for which they’re actually away? If so, we just need to get through 6 mos of 2024… either way, is gonna be tough… But we can do it!
