What is it?
This hero is kinda busted ngl, his 1 is an instant granade, his 2 can literally block any damage AND HEAL YOU, and his 3 is a non-predictable aoe skill WITH 3 CHARGES, and his 4 makes u go vrooom while doing massive damage. jesus christ.
you could techincally go full cd reduction and + charges on his 3, and be a massive annoyance to the enemy team
