When Carlos Tavares took the top job at Groupe PSA, the maker of Peugeot and Citroen cars had racked up billions in losses and its shares were hovering near an all-time low. Nope unless they give big incentives fca is known for bad credit and worst quality in America. Fiat is a failure in America
