A tip that I recommend is to have like monthly deep cleans and a way for you to motivate your self to do it is to make sure your doing nothing on that day so that you can have no one calling you saying we're going out for dinner when your stranded in a heap of messiness and to remind yourself put it in all your calendars put it in your reminders and of course make a physical note on paper or on a white board anything that you see everyday

These all seem really useful - just one piece of advice though, don't use anything to clean your makeup brushes that you wouldn't put near your eyes. Things like shampoo or facial soaps/scrubs or speciality brush cleaners have to be gentle enough not to burn the sensitive skin near your eyes, whereas dish soaps and some hand soaps will be quite harsh. If your skin isn't too sensitive it isn't as big of an issue but as someone who had their eyes puff up and their face go all splotchy even under their heaviest foundation - be careful.
